The Croquet Academy is currently undergoing a full digital redevelopment, with a focus on creating a more intuitive experience for customers, coaches and administrators.

The project began with discovery and requirements gathering, exploring customer journeys, website structure and the operational needs behind the site. This includes evaluating solutions for coaching bookings, payments, customer management and communications before moving into the WordPress design and development phase.
